🄷 This One Shift Turned Our Messy AI Process Into a System

AI is making teams faster… but also more chaotic. Ideas live in one doc, notes in another, and outputs scattered everywhere. The result is more motion, less clarity.

That’s where Miro comes in. It’s a shared visual workspace where your team can think, plan, and execute in one place. Instead of juggling tools, you map everything on a single canvas and turn it into structured work.

Key features that stood out in real use:

  • Visual boards for brainstorming, planning, and mapping workflows

  • ā€œFlowsā€ that convert messy ideas into organized plans with priorities and next steps

  • Real-time collaboration so teams can edit and refine together

  • AI ā€œSidekicksā€ that help pressure-test decisions or turn ideas into prototypes

In practice, this means running a planning session, then instantly turning it into a clear roadmap without manual cleanup. It keeps everyone aligned and reduces the back-and-forth.

Who it’s best for: product teams, marketers, startup founders, and anyone collaborating across projects.

You can try Miro for free and see if it fits your workflow. I also put together a free PDF of 5 AI Workflows That Save My Team Hours Every Week.

How to Automate Faceless YouTube Videos Using NotebookLM

This workflow shows how to analyze successful YouTube channels and automatically generate similar videos using AI. You’ll use free tools to create scripts, ideas, and visuals without filming or editing.

STEPS

  • Find a YouTube channel in your niche with simple, high-performing videos (e.g., animations + voiceover).

  • Open NotebookLM by Google and sign in with your Google account.

  • Create a new notebook and select ā€œAdd sourcesā€ using YouTube video links.

  • Collect 8–50 video links from the channel you want to analyze.

  • Use a Chrome extension like Grabbit to quickly copy multiple video URLs at once.

  • Paste all video links into NotebookLM and let it process the content.

  • In the chat, prompt: ā€œAnalyze the topics, hooks, structure, and tone of these videos and explain why they perform well.ā€

  • Ask the AI to generate channel name ideas based on the analyzed niche.

  • Prompt the AI to create 6–10 video ideas using proven patterns from the data.

  • Take one idea and create a new notebook to turn it into a full video.

  • Use the ā€œVideo Overviewā€ feature to generate a complete script with structure and visuals.

  • Repeat the process to batch-create multiple videos quickly.

  • Ask the AI to generate 5–8 click-worthy titles for each video.

  • Create a simple thumbnail in Canva using bold text, clean backgrounds, and minimal graphics.

  • Upload and publish consistently using this repeatable system.

RESULT

You build a scalable faceless YouTube channel by analyzing proven content and using AI to generate scripts, ideas, and videos quickly, allowing you to produce weeks of content in just a few hours.
