🥷 Drowning in Meetings and Emails? This Fixes It Instantly
If you're jumping between back-to-back meetings, endless emails, and scattered chat threads, you're not alone. The real challenge isn’t just keeping up, it’s remembering what was discussed and turning it into action.
That’s where Read AI steps in.
Read AI is an intelligent assistant that sits in your meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams), listens quietly, and then delivers sharp, actionable summaries. But it goes further — it pulls insights from your meetings, emails, and messages, helping you surface the right information when you need it.
Key Features:
Automatically records and summarizes meetings with recaps, action items, and highlights
AI-powered search across past conversations, emails, and notes
Instant answers with direct links to where something was said
Chrome extension support for Gmail and browser-based work
Summaries from both in-person and virtual meetings
Secure by design — no training on your data, SOC 2 certified
How You Might Actually Use It:
Running late to a meeting? Read can brief you on what you missed in seconds.
Trying to remember when a decision was made? Use Search Copilot to find the exact moment.
Need to update your team? Share Read’s recap instead of writing one yourself.
Drowning in emails? Get the gist with AI-generated summaries straight from Gmail or Outlook.

Voice AI Goes Mainstream in 2025
Human-like voice agents are moving from pilot to production. In Deepgram’s 2025 State of Voice AI Report, created with Opus Research, we surveyed 400 senior leaders across North America - many from $100M+ enterprises - to map what’s real and what’s next.
The data is clear:
97% already use voice technology; 84% plan to increase budgets this year.
80% still rely on traditional voice agents.
Only 21% are very satisfied.
Customer service tops the list of near-term wins, from task automation to order taking.
